The Virginia Creeper Leaf Cluster shows its bright green and red colors in the sunlight.

This is a macro image and the longest leaf is around an inch long.

There is a children's rhyme to help distinguish Virginia Creeper from the similar looking Poison Ivy: Leaves of three, let it be; Leaves of five, let it thrive.

I've been a photographer most of my life, starting very young with a Kodak Instamatic camera. There were a few others over some years and in my mid-twenties a Canon EOS 630 (film camera) which I used extensively. Then I quit for a while. Can't say I know why, life happens.
