This image, reflected off the Northwestern Mutual Financial building across the street, shows the distorted reflection of the clock tower of Tampa's Old City Hall, also known as "Hortense the Beautiful".
The tower was dedicated in 1915 to Hortense Oppenheimer Ford for her great contibution in raising the funds for the clock tower.
